Automatic Controls Equipment Systems, Inc. won the bid for Saint Louis University in 2019. The project entailed 5 Halls at the school where we utilized and integrated with the following: Daikin DOAS units, Trane RTUs, AAON RTUs, Lochinvar boilers, Trane air-cooled chiller, Daikin VRF system, ZN controllers for the terminal equipment, and SE modules for the AHUs and RTUs.

In 2020, we expanded our scope to inclu de a dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) in the dorms at Clemens Hall, additional work at Drummond to include more retrofit terminal units, and new chilled water system and hot water system at the St. Francis-Xavier Church.

We are currently working with Saint Louis University on Jesuit Hall’s new dorms as well as the Soccer Park building. As we continue to move forward we are working to record all energy data and produce reports for them using cloud based software and our WebCTRL system.

The BAS systems installed by Automatic Controls are built on the open system platform of WebCTRL from Automated Logic, allowing the system to work with legacy or new facility components. Systems from ACES provide secure remote access, custom graphical interfaces, and open BACnet protocol, providing full control over HVAC and other mechanical systems of your facility.
